f Confirm with the OK button when the information is

SP/LP, AV button..

recorded on.

i Switch off withthe TV/STANDBYm button.

The programmed recording willonly functionwhen the

video recorder isswitched off withthe TV/STANDBYm

button.

DIf any of the TIMERblocks are in use,’k’ will lights

up on the video recorderdisplay.

DWhile a programmed recordingis being made, you

cannot operate your videorecorder manually.If you

want to cancel the programmedrecording, pressthe

TV/STANDBYm button.

DIf the video recorderis switched on a fewminutes

before a programmed recordingis supposed to

begin, ’TIMER RECORD’ will flashon the TV

screen.

DIf you reach the end of thecassette duringa

recording, the video recorderwill automatically

eject the cassette.

DIf you forget to loada cassette, ’NO CASSETTE’

will appear on the TV screenand ’k’ willflash on the

video recorder display.

DIf you have put in a cassettewhich cannotbe used

for recording, the videorecorder willautomatically

eject it.

DIf ’TIMER FULL’ appears on the TVscreen when

you press the TIMER button, you haveused up all

the available TIMERblocks. If youwant to clear or

check a TIMER block,select it withthe P q or

P r button.

DProgramme numbers ’E1’ and’E2’ are for

recordings from othersources (throughscart socket

EXT.1 AV 1 or EXT.2 AV 2 ).

Programming a recording

(without ’SHOWVIEW’)

a Switch on the TV set and selectthe programme number

for the video recorder.

b Press the TIMER button on the remote control twice.

c Select a free TIMER block withthe P q or P r button.

Press the TIMER button.

can select ’DATE’ (date),’PROG’ (programmenumber),

or weekly programming.

’D’: Recording fromMonday to Friday.
